About Counselling with me

Are you queer or trans and feeling stuck, or looking for a supportive space to explore difficulties in your life? Have you recently become aware of or had an official diagnosis of ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia or Dyspraxia and need a space to explore what that means for you? Are you understanding the impacts of neurodiversity differently as a adult? Do you have questions about your gender or sexuality and want a safe space to explore? Maybe these questions are made more challenging by moving countries, experiencing racism or living with disability or anti-fat bias. These are the kinds of issues and experiences I work with. Counselling with me offers regular, confidential space and a boundaried relationship to reflect on your experiences, your emotions, and to work to create change in your life.

My work is integrative and relational and we can draw on a range of techniques and approaches to support that change, all grounded in ethical practice, respect and collaboration. I am informed by anti-oppressive therapeutic theory and practice. I offer an affirming space to people of all sexualities, gender identities and neurotypes and those looking to explore these areas. I also welcome those in diverse relationship models and sex workers, and those who want to explore experiences of racism, migration, anti-fat bias and ablism. We work together to ensure that sessions are structured and have a pace and approach that is right for you.
